IE - Just noticed something -- Posted by Charles Sweeney on 02-12-04 15:14
Just noticed something interesting with Internet Explorer (6).
If you have two IE windows open, and click on a link on a site. If you drag
it to the other window, it opens there.
Don't think I'll ever use it though!

Same thing in Mozilla and Opera

Here's one for you ...
In IE6 got to a page that has a session ID and drag the link to a new
window - you have a new session.
Try the same thing in Opera and Mozilla you keep the same session.
Weird, although I'm not sure which behaviour is the more desirable.

I tried it on one of my sites in IE, it kept the same session ID. Funny old
game. Perhaps not replicating what you did.
