ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004
WorldTeq Group International Inc. (OTC BB:WTEQ) a full-service solutions provider of Affinity Services including Long Distance, Financial Services, Internet Connectivity, and Hosting Services announced that it has signed two new Master Agent agreements with "RELIABLE WANS LLC" of Crofton, MD and "Maxwell's" of Natchez, MS.
"We are very excited about our new partnerships with both organizations. RELIABLE WANS provides technical services to many large-sized businesses and has therefore established good relationships with decision makers within these organizations. RELIABLE has already signed up their first customer with projected revenues of $10,000 per year for our company and will continue to bring new customers to WorldTeq. To have a new agent with an established customer base is always very exciting for us. It is anticipated that between these two master agents WorldTeq could do in excess of $100,000 annually based on preliminary feedback," stated Jeff Lieberman, CEO of WorldTeq Group.
Jeff Berman, President of RELIABLE WANS LLC stated, "I have an IT consulting company, RELIABLE WANs, that needs to deliver products and services to clients accurately and timely. My recent relationship with WorldTeq has expanded opportunities for me to provide voice and data services in a simplified format at very competitive prices. I look forward to partnering with WorldTeq on many upcoming projects for my clients."
Mr. Lieberman went on to state, "We have also been fortunate enough to enter into a new partnership with Maxwell's, a commercial printing company, that also has a viable customer base, that will help enhance our revenues."
