Cactus New Media I, Inc. (OTCBB:CTSM) announced today it had recently commissioned a consulting firm to identify an additional area of business or industry to enter into, to enable the company to develop an additional business model, this providing the Company a way to increase shareholder value. After consulting firm recommendations and further due diligence, the Board has decided to broaden the current business plan to include the medical makeover/anti-aging field.
The medical makeover field has grown to become a major industry with the age of the baby boomers approaching the 40-60 year range. Also with the success of television series such as Extreme Makeover, the term makeover has instantly become a household word. Cactus intends to actively engage itself in this field and additional plans will be announced before April 1, 2004.
As previously announced, Cactus will be having its shareholder meeting on March 24, 2004, to bring its shareholders up to date on existing business and to unveil its new and improved plan for moving forward.
