Kicks Off Relationship With Promotional Campaign For
The CityKids Foundation
24/7 Real Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: TFSM), the only gateway to the total spectrum of interactive marketing and technology solutions for online marketers and publishers, today announced that it has teamed up with United Way of New York City and Seedco, which provide financial and technical assistance and management support for the community-building efforts of nonprofit organizations, to increase public exposure and support for innovative New York City nonprofits.
To commence the relationship, 24/7 Real Media launched a pro bono advertising campaign to encourage people to support the CityKids Foundation, a group that helps children from different racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds to develop their own solutions to community problems. Based in New York City, CityKids works with children throughout the nation, helping them develop the tools and skills to improve their educational skills, support changes in their communities and communicate artistically.
24/7 Real Media has produced eight different ads promoting CityKids, which are being served to unused ad space on hundreds of Web sites including news, entertainment, health and women's sites among others. The campaign, which was launched in August, has already had tremendous success, winning praise from the CityKids Foundation.
Elizabeth Sak, president of CityKids, said, "I want to thank 24/7 Real Media for creating and posting our ads on the Web, and generating so many hits for our site. It is so important to organizations like ours that we build awareness of our work and our brands, helping us to raise funds to continue creating positive change in the lives of young people. As we all function with such limited budgets, opportunities such as the one you provided us are critical to our survival."
David J. Moore, chairman and CEO of 24/7 Real Media, said, "We are pleased to put 24/7 Real Media's marketing and creative expertise to work to benefit small community-oriented organizations like CityKids. These organizations do not have the resources to communicate the wonderful work they do to a large audience of potential supporters. We hope by harnessing the power of Internet advertising to help them extend their reach and raise their profiles in the cities where they have done so much good."

About The CityKids Foundation
In 1985, cultural activist Laurie Meadoff founded CityKids as a non-profit, multicultural youth organization located in New York City. She began by working with a group of 10 young people from across the City. The approach developed into a clear and consistent strategy: to solve the challenges facing young people, first ask questions; help them explore the perceptions, feelings and facts about issues; teach them the skills to make their voices heard; and finally partner with them to create change. This program design resulted in youth producing solutions - improving their own educational status; taking action in community service projects; producing new artistic works that market positive messages to their peers; and performing these works locally and throughout the country. Young people are interested and motivated to become CityKids themselves because what we do reflects "our music, our voices and our issues." Instead of being defined by others, young people create their own images and definitions of "city kids."
