Residential real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman is now marketing its exclusive listings through The New York Times's online city guide, New York Today (www.nytoday.com), which contains the classified advertising from The New York Times. The ads will link directly to the full listings on Douglas Elliman's web site.
When customers read Douglas Elliman classified advertisements and want more information, they can click on the ad and be taken directly to the complete listing at www.DouglasElliman.Com.
According to Alfred Renna, executive vice president and director of Internet Marketing and New Media at Douglas Elliman, "Each day an increasing number of buyers are searching the web to discover more information about the real estate market and what properties are currently available. New York Today's link to the Douglas Elliman web site helps buyers expedite their real estate search by providing a full listing, which includes photographs, a floor plan, financial details and other important facts about a property, such as its amenities."
Alan Rogers, chairman and CEO of Douglas Elliman, added "By linking The New York Times' classifieds directly to listings on the Douglas Elliman web site, we are offering yet another way for buyers to facilitate their search for the perfect home. At the same time, sellers are being afforded another opportunity to market their properties."
CB Richard Ellis has been retained by Principal Capital Management as exclusive representatives for the sale of Two and Four Gannett Drive in White Plains, NY. The property consists of two Class A multi-tenanted office buildings totaling 211,000 square feet.
Jeffrey Dunne, senior vice president and head of the CB Richard Ellis tri-state investment team, will lead the marketing effort, with assistance from first vice president Frank Tomasulo and his Westchester County leasing team.
