SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 31, 2000

Intelliquis International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal computer and Web site enhancement software, today announced it has expanded its Canadian retail presence by selling its products through four additional retail outlets.

Intelliquis' Web Site Traffic Builder, Web Site Traffic Meter, TotalFax and Mass Mailer products are now sold through IBM Stores, London Drug, Camelot and Inly Computers, generating shelf space in more than 75 stores in some of Canada's largest retail computer and office supply chains.

According to David Hyde, Intelliquis' director of channel sales/marketing, the addition of new retailers in Canada provides the company with an opportunity to grow its international market presence.

"Adding new retailers in Canada continues Intelliquis' goal to reach all major markets in North America and to continue its international growth and expansion," Hyde said.

Intelliquis' Web Site Traffic Meter, Web Site Traffic Builder, TotalFax and Mass Mailer products enable companies and small businesses to increase their Internet presence. Web Site Traffic Meter is a log analysis program that enables companies track and monitor traffic patterns to and within their Web sites. Web Site Traffic Builder is a site-submission tool that registers Web sites with more than 3,500 search engines, Internet directories and newsgroups. TotalFax is a broadcast fax program that allows users broadcast an unlimited number of faxes to an unlimited number of contacts. Mass Mailer is an Internet marketing tool that enables companies to broadcast an unlimited number of e-mail messages to an unlimited number of contact groups.

Intelliquis' products can be found in a variety of retail outlets, including CompUSA, Staples, Beyond.com, Best Buy, Digital River, Micro Center, Fry's Electronics, Egghead.com, Hastings Books and OfficeMax. Intelliquis' products are also distributed to resellers through Ingram Micro and Navarre.

Based in Draper, Utah, Intelliquis International Inc. (OTC BB:INTQ) develops and produces Internet software products that enable businesses and end-users to improve their Web sites. "E-Tools for E-Business" reflects Intelliquis' strategy of offering the tools needed to operate more efficient and productive Web sites. These tools help companies drive more traffic to their site and generate more e-commerce revenues. More information about Intelliquis and its products can be found at www.intelliquis.com.
