E-Com Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:ECTC) is pleased to announce the signing of two new development projects. SERCA Foodservice Inc., Pacific Division, is part of SERCA Foodservice Inc.
SERCA is a Canadian company, and the only foodservice wholesaler to operate coast-to-coast. SERCA was purchased in 1998 by Sobeys Inc. and is now among the largest companies in the North American foodservice industry. E-Com would also like to welcome Gordon Russell Ltd. to our valued list of clients. Gordon Russell Ltd. has been providing sales and service of mechanical power transmission equipment to Resource industries for over 70 years.
E-Com is also currently assembling a package of online products to automate business processes for the small business market and plans to offer these products as hosted applications which may be accessed by users online, with no need for any software installation.
E-Com recently filed its annual report for fiscal year 2000 with the SEC, which shows 100% growth in revenues over 1999.
