Company's Internet Acquisitions Create Next Generation Search Engine
And E-commerce Channel To Watch
Pan International (OTCBB:PANE), today completed the necessary legal documentation and completed the acquisition of Searchound.com.
Plans began in April to acquire the LA/Australian-based SearchHound.com, a heavily-trafficked underground search engine portal with a substantial Web Master database.
Pan International has applied and expects to change its name to SearchHound.com.
"This deal will merge a savvy marketer of search products and Web Master tools with state-of-the-art real-time meta-search technology to create a formidable new player in the search engine, e-commerce space," said Andrew Goodman, an Internet Analyst, of Traffic.com. "We anticipate that the new SearchHound.com will be a company to watch and could easily reach a valuation of $500 million by year's end."
SearchHound.com has a targeted email database of 535,000 Web Masters. The company's growth and success can be attributed to its "finders of needles in haystacks" approach, unique Web Master incentives, and aggressive viral marketing efforts.
Pan International intends to complete additional acquisitions of profitable Internet companies that are synergistic and have a history of profitability. Several profitable Internet acquisition targets have been identified with the next acquisition being SoloSearch.com.
Searchound.com will undergo a transformation over the next 30 days and the new site, when powered by SoloSearch technology, will allow users to be frequently updated on new information, creating a more sophisticated and comprehensive breed of search engine. The synergy between SearchHound.com's search engine portal and SoloSearch.com's exclusive technology that can be licensed, also adds enticing tools and specific demographic targeting to the current search engine in portal and vortal markets.
"The merger of SearchHound.com's user base with SoloSearch.com's proprietary research management technology, will offer our collective constituents unprecedented search engine muscle along with a host of partner and Web Master incentives," said Mark Joyner, founder SearchHound.com and director, Pan International. "We believe that our combined efforts and resources will help us establish a dynamic user base of 1.5 million within our first four months and put us on the Top 50 most trafficked sites on the net."
Searchound.com President and CEO, Dave Mullikin, a former GE executive with more than 23 years of Fortune 500 business and finance management experience will take over as Pan International operations. SearchHound.com includes an experienced team of Internet-savvy executives, including Director, Mark Joyner, founder of SearchHound.com; Brad Cohen, Vice-President, founder of SoloSearch.com and co-founder of iEmerge Ventures, LLC; John Flanders, currently the C.T.O. for GlobalNetFinancial.com, Inc. (NASD:GLBN), sits on several Internet company board of directors and prior to joining GlobalNet, John was founder and CEO of a leading nationwide developer network, CyberJunction.com Online; he has played a pivotal role in making CyberJunction one of the largest channels in the Internet industry.
Completion of the SearchHound.com acquisition is the first of several acquisitions that will enable the company to be profitable and a leader in Internet marketing while providing a technological edge with patented technology. The company will maintain offices in Los Angeles, and Kansas City, Missouri.
