NetUPDATE, Inc. today announced an extensive technology cross-licensing partnership with iOwn.com.
The partnership will provide local loan originators nationwide with greater access to competitive online wholesale loan programs from the nation's top lenders. It will also offer enhanced lead-generation opportunities from iOwn.com's award-winning consumer Web site.
Per the agreement, NetUPDATE will provide iOwn's online wholesale lending products and services to any loan originator using LoanUPDATE technology, including ByteOnline(TM) users. iOwn will create a vehicle for delivering consumer leads to local originators by integrating LoanUPDATE's customer communication network, extensive loan pipeline management functionality, and content into iOwn.com. The two companies expect to integrate additional functionality into each other's future products in the coming months.
