Roanoke Technology Corp. (OTCBB:RNKE) reports that a new revamped business plan was recently prepared by Consultant, Graceleyne Financial, Inc., http://www.graceleynefinancial.com, for submission to the underwriters of the $12 million bond offering being finalized.
This document, which included detailed inputs from CEO Mr. David L. Smith and his team, is being used as the master plan the company intends to pursue presently and for the future. It has also been decided that for the benefit of shareholders and other interested parties, important information from this business plan should be featured in Press releases from time to time.
